I was blown away by how nice everything was! Jody was so helpful and kind, and one of the shop guys went above and beyond by staying into his lunch break so I wouldn't be stranded for four hours. There were just the nicest little snacks and drinks free for the taking. For a busy mom it was like a little vacation, and I really just ended up enjoying myself the whole time!

Super people, very good repairman, excellent service attendant. Jody is fantastic. We bought a new car while ton high pressure sales. And the service dept Jody explained the problem in words we understood here from salesman Shawn. The sixth car we have bought with him. A down to earth person. Conklin is 70 miles away but worth the drive. The Honda we bought wasn't the color we wanted. But was the only car they were getting in for a while. In fact we won't see our car until August, maybe Sept.
